    This is a fundamentals class with Eric that is appropriate for beginners, as well as more experienced students wanting guidance and refinement of their yoga practice. Class is held on Zoom.

Thursday

  • Thursday Morning Experienced with Eric (Online)

    This is an experienced class with Eric that is appropriate for people who are comfortable with greater physical intensity in asana practice, and are also able to manage longer cycles of inhalation, exhalation, and pause within the breath. Class is held on Zoom.

    This is an intermediate class with Eric that is suitable for people who are familiar with wide footed standing poses, and are comfortable with bearing weight on the arms and wrists in plank poses. Class is held on Zoom.
