Solaluna Yoga Presents:

Practice-Bridge

The world is turbulent.

Life has challenges.

What would life be like if you could do yoga with consistency, creativity, and connection?

Practice-Bridge offers you the deep benefits of yoga, in a format that works with the time you have available.

Practice-Bridge is a monthly subscription program that includes:

  • Short, guided sessions that settle seamlessly into the spaces of a busy life.

  • Longer classes that invite you to deepen your experience when you have time.

  • Readings that provide resources, insight, and inspiration for practicing on your own.

  • Tools for tracking your practice to give you an understanding of where you’ve been and where you’re headed.

  • Personalized guidance that helps you refine and fortify the practice you create.

This support provides a template for building a resilient, adaptable, reliable practice of your very own. It offers a life-tested system for successfully doing yoga over the long term, with an approach that sparks your curiosity and enthusiasm.

This isn’t Online Yoga. This is Nourishment for Your Whole Self.

Practice-Bridge gives you the optimal circumstances to enjoy practice.

This matters because when conditions are right, doing yoga is some serious fun!

The Practice-Bridge system provides engaging challenges appropriate to your experience, along with practices that give you the opportunity to truly rest. What’s more, the program is adaptable as your needs change over time.

And while Practice-Bridge goes the extra mile in terms of the support that’s extended, it also helps you develop your own internal resources and self-reliance for moments when you’re on your own.

Learning, on Demand.

Unlike other subscription yoga programs, Practice-Bridge gives you flexibility to select the resources and assistance that make the most sense for you. There’s even a pay-what-works system of flexible pricing, that lets you choose an option that fits financially.

We all have different interests and needs. Practice-Bridge helps you identify the content, timing, and rhythm of practice that flow best into the particulars of your life.

And to compliment this flexibility, there’s a system and structure that’s easy to follow and workable for just about anyone.

Benefits of the program include:

  • A startup process that helps you shape and create a practice that works for you.

  • Assistance and information for developing self-initiative in your own practice.

  • Special, semi-regular events on specific topics of interest.

  • Support via email.

  • Connection with an engaged community of people who are enthusiastic about doing yoga.

Options for subscription are structured within three distinct bundles:

  • The Basic Bundle contains everything listed above.

  • Practice-Bridge + Classes includes everything in the Basic Bundle and provides increased access to a slate of weekly classes.

  • The Big Bundle contains everything in the first two bundles, along with more one-on-one guidance.

The Potential of Practice

There are a few basic things that help folks maintain a center, even in the middle of difficulty:

  • We need movement and physical activity.

  • At the same time, we need rest.

  • It helps to have activities that contain a balance of consistency and variety.

  • It’s vital to have social interaction.

  • And it’s essential to have an awareness componenta framework to note how we react and respond to thoughts and emotions.

Practice-Bridge involves all of these key elements. I’m excited to share how yoga done with attention to these factors can help you address your needs.

Hi! I’m Eric Stewart. I’ve been a yoga teacher for more than 25 years.

I’ve taught thousands of students of all ages over that time.

I’ve seen the whole spectrum of what can be challenging for people, and I’ve seen what works. Practice-Bridge is a solution born from what I’ve learned teaching hundreds of classes a year over the past two-plus decades.

Every person who takes a yoga class comes to it with their own unique body and circumstances. Practice-Bridge acknowledges the variety of people’s experience, and offers a time-tested framework for doing yoga in a safe and sound way.

With that in mind, the material in this program includes essential information that I’ve gleaned from my many years of study, teaching, and practice.

These fundamentals give beginners a leg up; and if you already do yoga, it can be like finding some key puzzle-pieces.

I’ve seen firsthand how this approach helps people reduce tension and distraction. I’ve seen it give folks more freedom in movement, and a clearer, calmer state of mind.

I believe in this work and I’m super-enthusiastic about it! I’m inspired every day to learn more in my own practice, while using my experience to help others.

Immersion in the Practice-Bridge system will allow you to get substantially more out of any yoga that you do in the future; if you are just beginning yoga, it will set you on a positive path.

Here are the sorts of results you can expect to see from this program:

  • An understanding of yoga that goes further and deeper than what you can get from just attending classes.

  • A framework that lets you adapt the practice to the specific needs and capacities of your body.

  • Knowledge of how to practice in a way that avoids injury.

  • An understanding of how to access support in the practice, and ways to expand that support into the rest of life.

  • An understanding of the most common obstacles to practice, and how to avoid them.

  • An increased awareness of movement, and an increased range of movement.

  • Greater steadiness in the body and mind, as well as a greater ability to be present within the unsteadiness and uncertainty of life.

Readings, Video, Audio, and More!

  • When you sign up, you gain access to the online Practice-Bridge Resource Library, which provides a mix of readings, video, and some audio practices.

  • The Resource Library also contains questionnaires and an online practice log to help you track your practice.

  • The program is hosted on Thinkific, an online learning platform that is well-organized, and easy to use.

  • In addition, there are numerous live sessions each week (either in person if you are in Oberlin, or online if you’re not). If you can’t make the live session, it’s always recorded for you to do later.

This program is for you if:

  • You need something that can fit your schedule.

  • You’re looking for a way to center yourself, with an activity that helps you access connection, even in the middle of life’s challenges.

  • You’re new to yoga. You want a solid understanding of how yoga works, and how different practices fit together.

  • You’ve done yoga for awhile. You’re looking for new information and a new perspective to recharge and re-center your practice.

  • You’re looking for an activity that you can do for years to come, one that has physical, mental, and emotional benefits, and addresses your whole self.

Just the Right Amount of Choice + a Guarantee

Choices are important. So is clarity about the choice you make. We’ve pared the bundles down to three options that do a good job of meeting different needs. You may already know which option makes the most sense for you, but if you’re not sure, here are some things to consider:

  • If you’re just starting out and you have a really busy schedule, the Basic Bundle is a great option for orienting and getting a sense of the program.

  • If you enjoy attending multiple yoga classes per week, the Classes Bundle is a tremendous value.

  • If you’re at a place where you want to seriously prioritize your practice and figure some s*!t out, the Big Bundle is an excellent choice.

  • Some folks enroll in the Big Bundle for a few months to give extra attention to the startup process, and then drop down to one of the other bundles.

  • It’s also possible to roll along with the Basic or Class options for awhile and then decide you want to explore more by working with the Big Bundle for a stretch.

  • Whichever bundle you choose, we recommend that you stick with Practice-Bridge for at least six months to get the most benefit, and to gain a clear assessment for how the program works.

  • That said, you can cancel at any point.

  • If you are not satisfied with the program, you can request a full refund for the month you are currently enrolled in. No questions asked.

You can start Practice-Bridge at any time. While courses have suggested prices, we encourage you to pay an amount that works for you. You can adjust the price at checkout. To ensure that we cover expenses, there is a minimum price for each offering, which is posted in the table for each bundle below.

All listed prices are per month.
